Hema is the Founder and CEO of Ray For Change, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through education and mentorship. Growing up without access to proper guidance and resources, she understands firsthand the challenges many young people face.

With a passion for creating meaningful change, Hema is committed to building opportunities for underserved communities within the USA and developing countries.

The classroom floors had become completely unusable, forcing girl students to sit outside under trees for their daily lessons. This project restores safe and durable flooring to give students a proper learning environment, comfort, and dignity inside their classrooms.
